Terry Yanisch - Sales
Terry has been selling heating and cooling systems for over twenty years. His wife Charlie is coordinator of advocacy and programming for ARC Greater Twin Cities. They both grew up in Chanhassen. Their have three children, Jason, Aaron, and Allison, all young adults, and one grandchild. Terry and Charlie now have a small farm outside of Glencoe, dotted with horses, dogs, and cats.

Peter Kirsch - Lead Field Technician
Peter grew up in St. Bonifacius and graduated from Hennepin Vo-tech. Peter has been servicing HVAC equipment for over fifteen years. Peter and his wife Jennifer live in Waconia and are the proud parents of a baby girl, Kendra. |

Erik Thiesfeld - Field Superintendent
Erik grew up in Young America and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University. He has been custom building HVAC installations since he was a teenager. His wife Jill works for the US Post Office. They live in Young America along with their two children, Mackenzie and Mitch. |

Jay Legler - Service Manager
Jay has held just about every position there is in a heating and cooling company, including sales and installations. In addition to being our service manager, Jay also heads up all of our marketing and administrative duties. Jay and his wife Becky are longtime Chanhassen residents where they've raised their three daughters, Kelsey, Kimmy and Lauren.

Trevor Erlandsen - Installer
Trevor grew up in Fargo. After serving in the Army and a few stints in other fields, he joined the HVAC industry. In addition to being a great installer, Trevor's talents allow him to work in the service department as well. His wife Julie is an elementary teacher for Step by Step Montessori in Chaska. Trevor, Julie, and their children, Axel and Harlee, reside in Carver. |

Rod Buckentin - Technician
Rod grew up in Plato and has been in the HVAC industry for decades. He is largely a service technician, but when we need a tricky piece of sheet metal fabrication, we turn to him. Rod and his wife Char live just outside of Plato. Rod and Char are empty nesters as their two daughters, Ellie and Jo, are both grown. |
